The Mind Goals podcast serves as a platform for Siobhan Higgins, sport & performance consultant, professional soccer player, coach, and yoga instructor, to authentically story-tell her experiences as an athlete and interview other athletes all with the sole purpose of dissecting, educating, and improving the mindset behind the human.

Holding space for myself and other athletes to discuss the behind the scenes of what being an athlete REALLY entails.

Cultivating a welcoming and relatable environment for others to open discussion around trials, tributes, and success in and out of the game.

If this podcast does anything for you, it should do at least one of 3 things: 1 - Make you laugh. 2 - Teach you about my sports journey and the journey of other athletes. 3 - Educate or advise you on mental skills that we have found beneficial our lives, whether that be in or out of sports.

In episode 10, I sit down with my dear friend and former Texas A&M softball player, Kayla Ober, to discuss all things with college recruitment, how to find your fit, and when to know if it's time to transfer or step back from your sport. Kayla is a Cinco Ranch High School alumni, and currently gives back to the game by coaching softball at Terry High School. She had an invaluable experience playing for the Division 1 school Texas A&M, and sheds light on how to make a decision about recruiting and/or stepping back from your sport.
